Etec are busy refurbishing 16 Bouverie Place, Folkstone from a Harley Street Dental Surgery into a fully functioning office layout including all new Lighting, Small Power and Data along with new air conditioning and a revised Partition layout to suit the new occupiers East Kent Spatial Development (EKSP).
