Bouverie Place

The Etec team down at Bouverie Place, Folkstone on behalf of East Kent Spatial Development (EKSD) and GPM2 hit an important milestone in the project with the roof mounted air conditioning plant being lifted 5 stories to the roof where they will be plumbed into the new supplies installed through the building. The lift was planned for a Saturday morning when deliveries to surrounding shops and business would not be interrupted. The access thoroughfare from the bus station leading through the Bouverie Place courtyard was suspended for 2 days with the Etec team together with our supply chain managing to complete all works within only 1 day. #loveconstruction
