We are a framework contractor to BT/CBRE for a 4 year programme — Project Spruce. The works are to uplift / refresh 5 distinct areas within a BT building to better the environment for BT building users — mainly BT Openreach and Technology engineers.
The 5 areas to uplift are; Male WC, Female WC, Large Meeting Room, Small 1-2-1 Room and the Welfare/Kitchen. The scope of works is predominantly the same at every building and the look and feel delivered is set via the Project Spruce Design Brief.
These works are quick turnover (minimal mobilisation and up to 5 weeks duration onsite) to try to limit disruption caused to the building users as well as to get as many buildings delivered within that allocated year as possible.
