Etec have been awarded a contract to deliver a five year framework for BT. Project Spruce is a five year programme to refurbish and upgrade BT’s existing assets for new use. This includes refurbishing offices, repurposing old telephone exchanges, and developing training facilities and other sites. We are currently delivering the first pilot sites of this programme in Plymouth and Bodmin which will be used to develop our approach to the scheme over the coming years.
