Challenges and Solutions
- Working close to the railway required close communication and colaboration with TFL.
- We were working under strict planning requirements due to the location. Working closely with the design team was essential to ensure that all design criteria was met.
- Early procurement was key due to the construction period taking place at a time based around industry wide shortages. Securing such materials was a key element of sticking to the programme and eliminating unforeseen costs.
