- Penkridge Leisure Centre – We are currently carrying out internal refurbishments to a small leisure centre for South Staffordshire District Council. This is a 11 week programme and is on target to be handed over at the end of July.
- Spence Street – We have commenced works at Spence Street Leisure Centre for Leicester City Council in partnership with Alliance through the Leisure Framework! The project consists of M&E Upgrade, new internal fitout and new roof. Demolition is in advanced stage with the internal soft strip out works completed and the removal of an existing roof. The coming weeks will see the commencement of the new roof and gutters, which in turn will allow the commencement of the internal works and progression of the external works.
