Provincial House – We have now completed a window replacement scheme at Provincial House for West Suffolk Council including the removal of the old asbestos containing windows
Hackney Voids and Disrepair Works – After securing the new voids and disrepair contracts with Hackney Council we are now on site delivering the first batch of properties under both contracts with an additional batch due to be awarded to us in the near future. These contracts offer a unique challenge given the legal aspect of the disrepair scheme and we are making good progress in managing and completing these works to meet these requirements
Bellway Woolwich – Works to three residential flats have been completed including external walls, flooring, and insulation
