BT Project Spruce – As part of our four year framework with BT we are carrying out refurbishment works to five offices. These have required rapid mobilisation to achieve the framework programme targets
Quadrant House – Internal and external refurbishment project on behalf of Tandridge Council. Strip out works are complete with replastering, M&E works, sanitary ware installation, and decoration to commence this month
Brandon Leisure Centre – Refurbishment works on behalf of West Sussex Council. Structural works are now complete with M&E works, alarms, and access control to be installed this month
Newlon Housing – Works are now underway at our project at the Clissold Estate in Stoke Newington where we are carrying out external refurbishment works to occupied properties around the estate
