Current Projects – City of London Corporation

We have recently secured three large social housing refurbishment projects with our framework partners the City of London Corporation
This follows on from our previous good performance at Petticoat Tower
Sydenham Estate – decorations and landscaping works are due to be completed before Christmas with the window installations being planned for quarter one. Total value £1,200,000
Windsor House and Southwark Estate – We have commenced works on site to carry out window renewals and communal Decoration for Windsor House for the City of London Corporation. Scaffolding due to be completed before Christmas in anticipation for window installations to start in January. Total value £6,500,000
