- Wombourne Leisure Centre – Etec are carrying out refurbishment works to a leisure centre in Wolverhampton for South Staffordshire council. This is a £800,000 project with a 24 week completion programme
- Polegate Library – We have commenced works on site to carry out refurbishment works to a former library for East Sussex Council as part of our ongoing framework with East Sussex and Brighton and Hove Councils
- Torfell Apartments – Works have now commenced on our £2million development and refurbishment scheme in South Woodford. Underpinning and other groundworks are ongoing with strip out works commencing to the existing building
