- We were appointed to carry out refurbishment and remodelling works to Grahame Park Library in Barnet on behalf of Notting Hill Genesis
- This included internal and external works, alterations to the layout to achieve DDA compliance, emergency lighting, roller shutters, and revamping the reception area
- As the works progressed it emerged that the existing below ground drainage infrastructure was unsuitable for the proposed works
- As such we liaised with the client and their consultants in order to redesign the WC layout to suit the existing drainage
- The library is situated in a busy residential area meaning coordination of logistics and site activities was a high priority in order to minimise disruption and risk for those living nearby
- Robust health and safety measures were put in place for staff and visitors to achieve works segregation and to account for Covid restrictions
