  • Etec have been awarded a contract to deliver a five year framework for our long standing client BT
  • Project Spruce is a five year programme to refurbish and upgrade BT’s existing assets for new use or sale
  • We will be delivering schemes in the South East, London, and West of England
  • This includes refurbishing offices, repurposing old telephone exchanges, and developing training facilities and other sites
  • We are currently delivering the first pilot sites of this programme in Plymouth and Bodmin which will be used to develop our approach to the scheme over the coming years
