Major Project – Parsloes Park Pavilion

Etec have secured a major project to construct a new sports pavilion at Parsloes Park in Dagenham
Following demolition of the existing building, a new facility to be built including a gym, new changing facilities, a studio, and several 3G sports pitches
This will include covered, seated stands surrounding one of three full size all-weather pitches including fencing and floodlights
The park will have suitable facilities to host semi professional teams
Works have already commenced on site with the laying of the 3G pitches now complete
The total value of the project is approximately £10million, one of the largest we have undertaken
