- We have completed a £700,000 project to Petticoat Tower on the Middlesex Street estate on behalf of the City of London Corporation
- We originally secured a project to replace the glazed panels forming the curtain walling on the north and west elevations of Petticoat Tower, but a second project was then published by City of London to carry out window and door replacements to the flats
- The project was temporarily halted due to coronavirus, however works were able to recommence later with all required social distancing, PPE and other guidance and statutory requirements in place
- We maintained excellent relationships with the residents of the estate and achieved a fantastic overall Resident Satisfaction score of over 98%
- We helped recruit resident volunteers for their community garden and agreed to fund a Christmas Hamper Raffle as a thank you to residents for their co-operation
