- Etec have secured a major development project in South Woodford to provide new luxury apartments for a private client.
- Following demolition of the existing garages, 3 new houses are to be built on the cleared site.
- We are also refurbishing the existing apartment block and adding a new extension to create 10 flats in total.
- Works have already commenced on site with the ground works now partially complete.
- The total value of this project is approximately £2.2 million to be completed over a year long programme of works.
