Our Pre-construction teams have been working extremely hard this year so far; winning over a dozen projects that are now being handed over to Etec’s Operations teams to be brought to life. We’ve also successfully completed numerous refurbishment and new build schemes across our business including leisure centres, social housing, schools, and residential developments. We’re extremely pleased to have such strong talent within our business, allowing us to grow the way we have, and to continue to do so.
We are pleased to announce we have recently secured a place on the following frameworks:
- Sovereign Housing – New Build Framework to carry out residential developments of up to 15 units.
- Fusion21 – Building Improvements Framework across 6 Lots including internal and external refurbishment as well as innovative environmental schemes.
- Surrey County Council – Four year framework to carry out refurbishment works to Surrey’s publicly owned buildings.
