Etec’s remedial works at Moira Furnace Museum and Country Park are coming to a close.
Delivered for North West Leicestershire District Council via the Procure Partnerships Framework , the project involved essential envelope repairs to ensure the Scheduled Monument is wind and watertight, safeguarding it from further deterioration.
With scaffolding now removed and the boat, canal, and shop all open in time for the summer, the site is once again ready to be enjoyed by visitors.
