We are pleased to announce the completion of a fantastic project in Ilford: Mossford Mews, which consists of six newly built housing units with complete internal fit-outs. It is situated within a suburban context, surrounded by several 2-3-storey houses and four-storey residential blocks, forming a coherent suburban landscape.
The development process required the careful removal of two category B trees, seven category C trees, and one category U tree to facilitate construction. The remainder of the site was occupied by unused land and an existing informal parking lay-by which was to be removed. Our team took extra care to work around these restrictions.
The completed site features a modern brick aesthetic, fostering a neighbourly feel and a strong community presence. We are delighted with the outcome of this project and are confident it will leave a lasting legacy for Etec.
