Newmarket Leisure Centre is now complete and handed over. We received some kind words from Tom Fairey at Alliance Leisure about Etec’s role throughout the pandemic: I wanted to write to thank the Etec team for a really good performance, right from pre-construction, through phased delivery, to completion. To have kept the project moving throughout the unforeseen pandemic and lockdown, has been a great achievement recognised by all.
We have received the Snagging List and am absolutely delighted to see only 3 minor snags! This is outstanding. We strive for the ambitious objective of a ‘snag-free’ handover, and Etec have delivered that for us here.Their Contracts Manager deserves real credit and I have had great feedback about their Site Manager. Thank you to them both, and the wider team, I really do appreciate it.Having delivered great results for Haverhill and now Newmarket with these clients, it puts us in a great position to push on to more projects with them.
