As part of Etec’s ongoing membership of Portsmouth City Councils Primary Contractor Framework we were recently appointed to the Voids Sub-Lot to deliver refurbishment works to council owned properties. We have now successfully completed the first batch of works at Leigh Park and received very positive feedback from the council particularly for the efforts of our Quantity Surveyor Kieran Allgood:
