The works mainly occurred during term time, meaning that all remedial works to classrooms and internal rooms had to be completed as quickly as possible to minimise disturbance to the school’s day-to-day activities. Consistent internal quality inspections performed by site management ensured that works were being performed to the highest quality standards, minimising snags and potential defects, reducing the snagging period and aiding timely completion.
