The Mossford Mews development involved the construction of six new build houses designed with modern and environmentally efficient features.

Delivered under a JCT Design and Build Contract, the project benefited from a collaborative approach between Etec and Redbridge Borough Council.

Site clearance was a significant initial phase of the project. This involved the careful removal of two category B trees, seven category C trees, and one category U tree.

The tree removal was conducted with due diligence, ensuring minimal environmental impact and compliance with local regulations.

Our team coordinated closely with environmental consultants to ensure that the site clearance was conducted responsibly and ethically.
