Etec was entrusted with a challenging project by the City of London Corporation (COL) to replace windows and doors in the Southwark Estate. This project marked the largest of the three schemes delivered for COL and encompassed seven separate blocks of flats situated in the London Borough of Southwark. These blocks, built between 1930 and 1958, comprise over 360 homes, making it a complex and extensive undertaking.
