Etec are delivering residential retrofit works to 3no properties under TfL/PfL ownership. 2no properties adjoin TfL stations via a party wall and interfacing station platforms, whilst 1no property has a shared boundary with the LU Northern Line assets. Through close collaboration with key stakeholders and effective project management, we are successfully carrying out energy efficiency and building upgrades to the properties. Intricate liaison with multiple parties simultaneously has been pivotal.

Permit & Approval Success: Early coordination with LU and relevant bodies expedited approvals, minimising delays and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Scaffolding Design: CDS design for scaffolding over LU assets improved safety, minimised disruption, and streamlined access for the relevant parties.
Quality Control: Close liaison with Places upheld standards. A robust snagging process ensured compliance, preventing costly rework and maintaining construction quality.
