  • Padnall Hall – We are excited to announce our involvement in the refurbishment of the Padnall Hall Community Centre. The project encompasses a range of updates including external alterations to the elevations and roof, the installation of rooflights, a rooftop ASHP plant, and PV panels. Additional enhancements include new fenestration, an entry canopy, secure boundary installation, car and cycle parking, landscaping improvements, external lighting, signage, and associated works. This revitalisation aims to create opportunities for young people to develop valuable skills and build meaningful careers through every facet of the project.
  • Stanmer Court – In response to a recent Fire Risk Assessment at The University of Sussex, we will be addressing several fire safety shortcomings across the three blocks of Stanmer Court. This includes remediating all fire doors and replacing fire alarm systems to ensure robust fire safety for the residents.
  • TFL – We are pleased to partner with TFL on the refurbishment of three residential properties across London: Woodside Park Station House, Debden Station House, and 30 Leamore Street. The scope of work includes both external and internal refurbishments such as new windows, replacement roof tiles, mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, and hot water system upgrades.
  • Essex Police – Etec is proud to support Essex Police by installing infrastructure for a future network of EV chargers. This project involves groundworks, electrical works, data integration, building modifications, and coordinating with UKPN for already quoted works. The installations will be carried out at Dunmow Police Station, Chelmsford Police Station, and Rayleigh Police Station
