- Sutton Housing – Etec have been appointed to deliver external repairs, maintenance, and drainage reconfiguration works at Rosehill Court on behalf of Sutton Housing Partnership. This followed a successful procurement exercise via our framework partners SEC.
- Portsmouth City – We have secured a place on Portsmouth City Council’s Primary Contractor Framework. Works will involve planned maintenance activities to council properties.
- South Cambridgeshire – As a result of our good performance delivering structural repair schemes to South Cambridgeshire’s housing stock we have been awarded additional works to carry out void reinstatement works.
