- Portsmouth City Council Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund: We are very pleased to have been awarded this retrofit scheme to improve the energy efficiency of social housing in Portsmouth. Energy-efficient installations will include external wall insulation, new doubleglazed windows, and top-up loft insulation. The Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund aligns with our dedication as a company to reduce our carbon emissions – both embodied and operational – and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Refurbishment of STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory: We are looking forward to beginning refurbishment works and electrical upgrade works on the first and second floor offices of UKRI’s STFC Rutherford Appleton Laboratory. STFC is one of the nine bodies of UKRI and is a world-leading multidisciplinary science organisation with the goal to deliver economic, societal, scientific, and international benefits to the UK.
- Ralph Beyer Court Boiler Flues Extension and Associated Works for Poplar HARCA: We are proud to have been selected to complete the extension of commercial boilers to Ralph Beyer Court, an apartment building in Tower Hamlets. The property will remain occupied during the works and, as always, our team remains dedicated to safeguarding the wellbeing of residents.
