Fenland Council – 24 High Street, Wisbech – Construction of new three storey brick building on main high street between two existing properties. Comprising seven new apartments with commercial space to ground floor
BT Warwick/EE – Refresh of existing communal areas, offices and testing rooms
5x BT Satellite – We have secured a further 5 sites as part of our five year framework. Works include refresh and refurbishment of telephone exchanges across London and South East England. Works to commence January 2023
BT St Alban’s – Refresh of existing redundant open plan office and to form a disaster recovery centre
Castlepoint Communal Works – Communal refurbishment works to occupied flats
