- We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed to Lot 1a of the South East Consortium's (SEC) Internal and External Works Framework.
- SEC are made up from 31 Members including housing associations and councils managing over 305,000 properties. In addition to Members there are 50 Guest users of the Consortium.
- Any organisation subject to OJEU regulations can access SEC frameworks. You can contact them on 0208 036 0004.
- Lot 1a involves providing major refurbishment works across London and the South East including:
- External Envelope including EWI, Repointing and Rendering
- Heating
- Kitchens and Bathrooms
- Windows and Doors
- Roofing
- Electrical
- Cyclical Decorations
Annual Conference
- As part of the framework we will also be attending SEC's annual conference at the London Stadium in November.
- This brings together housing professionals from across the sector to discuss a range of issues to prepare for the future including:
