Spence Street Leisure Centre

We have commenced works at Spence Street Leisure Centre for Leicester City Council in partnership with Alliance through the Leisure Framework! Demolition is in an advanced stage with the internal soft strip works completed and the removal of the existing roof. The coming weeks will see the commencement of the new roof and gutters, which in turn will allow the commencement of the internal works and the progression of the external works.
