Etec have been contracted to carry out the refurbishment and conversion of a 500m2 open plan office space on behalf of Thurrock Council. This is to facilitate the relocation of the Counter Fraud Department to a new area which will include an open plan office, operations briefing room, intelligence centre, server room and evidence store.
