Etec is proud to announce our significant progress at Mountbatten Leisure Centre in Portsmouth. Our ongoing project involves a comprehensive overhaul, focusing on the replacement of the current woodwool roof deck and roof coverings, alongside a complete upgrade of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services. To ensure minimal disruption to the centre’s operations, the project has been strategically phased into five sections:
- Section 1: Sports Hall Roof (30 weeks) – With careful planning and execution, we aim to deliver exceptianal results within the specified timeframe.
- Section 2: Learner Pool Roof (10 weeks) – Our efficient approach guarantees timely completion while maintaining the centre’s commitment to service excellence.
- Sections 3-5: Lower Roof (38 weeks) – The lower roof area is undergoing extensive transformation, spanning multiple sections to ensure thorough coverage and quality workmanship.
